Toolspec acquisition
We are delighted to announce that Fablink Group have acquired the business and assets of Toolspec Manufacturing limited out of administration, saving 73 jobs.
With approx. 60 years’ experience, newly named Fablink Toolspec has a rich history as industry-leading Specialists in tubular manipulation, robotic and manual welding of complex assemblies, as well as tooling design and manufacturing capabilities. This acquisition will extend Fablink’s existing competences in a synergistic way which offers exciting opportunities for growth.
